Payment:

Your retreat booking will be secured once all the information required is obtained and the deposit is paid in full. Any registration made within 2 months of the retreat start date will require full payment right away.

Health Policy:
All participants are required to inform the organizers of any relevant mental or physical disorders prior to registration for the retreat and may be advised to seek medical advice prior to travel. Please advise us of any allergies or special dietary needs you may have so they can be taken into consideration. 

 

Participation Policy:
There will be no reimbursement for any classes missed or services not used. Furthermore, all participants join classes at their own risk and must employ their own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for their level of training and experience as well as mental stability.

Retreat Modification:

The organizers reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, curriculum, or instructors if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

 

Insurance:
Participants will be held liable for any damage to the accommodation facilities. It is recommended that each participant takes out an individual public liability insurance policy. 

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Participants are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for any unforeseen event or emergency during the retreat.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, the participant is required to inform the retreat organizers as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, however the remaining payment can be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 2 months before the retreat start date. After this, both the deposit and the full amount will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation from the organizers, all payments will be reimbursed to the student. Travel costs will not be reimbursed.

Force Majeure:

The organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.

 

Photography and Media:

By participating in the retreat, participants grant the organizer the right to use photos and videos taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.

By booking and participating in the yoga retreat, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the participants to carefully read and understand these terms before making a reservation.
